Oh hi, I just thought it would be interesting to see what everyone's tastes were. (also totally not up at 2 in the morning and completely bored *sarcasm*) Here are my questions:

1. What was your favorite movie of 2010?
2. What do you think is the best movie of this year is so far?
3. What movie(s) are you looking forward to?

My answers:

1. Probably 127 Hours though it's largely tied with Scott Pilgrim but it won over through sheer "It made me bawl like a baby power"
2. Source Code, hands down
3. Probably Tree of Life and Brave from Pixar (also Star Trek 2)

^^ Thank you very much for these lovely questions, Whosinabunker.

1) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
2) I am very sorry Whosinabunker as I believe that I have not visited the happy cinema a very large amount during this year. ^^ However I believe that I enjoyed very much viewing The King's Speech and Thor.
3) The Dark Tower Series (However I am very sorry as I believe that these happy films shall be very released after a very long time)

1. The Book of Eli was good, also liked Predators and The A-Team.
2. Haven't seen any made this year, although at a retro theater I watched Jurassic Park and that is a favorite movie.
3. I don't really know what's being made.

1) Enter the Void, Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives, The Father of My Children

2) Either A Separation or The Tree of Life (just beware, if you thought Source Code was the best thing this year, you might want to kill yourself when you watch TToL)

3) Film Socialisme

Probably should just look it up, but would that happen to be derivative from a short story by C.S. Lewis in which Elwin Ransom plays a secondary role (less than he played in the third book of the space trilogy) and essentially there's an interdimensional gateway connecting to a universe which has an empire which tries to take over this world?

^^ Yaye greetings imanotaparakeet. I am very sorry as I believe that I have not reed all of this lovely series as of yet, and have perhaps very nearly completed reading the happy sixth book, and therefore I am not quite certain for the end of this series, however I believe that the lovely plot that I have read certainly appears very similar to the happy one that you have stated and certainly includes interdimensional gateways and an evil group of individuals.

My answers:

1. Toy Story 3.

3. Sherlock Holmes 2.

I only saw Iron Man 2, Toy Story 3, True Grit, and Jackass 3. All were good, but Toy Story 3 was the best.

1. What was your favorite movie of 2010? - Winter's Bone.
2. What do you think is the best movie of this year is so far? - Just made me think and I don't think i've seen anything worthwhile this year, can't think of a single one.
3. What movie(s) are you looking forward to? - Rise of the Planet of the Apes. I'm such a huge fan of all the original movies and this looks like it might could redeem that trash Burton put out a few years back. Also 'Take Shelter' which Michael Shannon looks to be amazing in.
