This thread gave me an awesome idea. A toaster that looks like an NES. You flip open the lid, slide in the Eggo waffle (blow on it first, of course), push it down, press start and you have a toasted waffle.

Race you to the patent office! Ok, actually I guarantee something like this already exists.
