I have a massive migraine that keeps getting progressively worse. It feels like my head is going to explode and it made me want to vomit earlier.

Blasted prolonged summer weather. Can't get any manual labor done without working up an uncomfortable sweat.

Anxiety

The ceiling is starting to collapse in the spare room! 6 foot wet patch on the ceiling. No water pipes there so must be the roof. Need to get a roofer in tomorrow to check.

How often not all autistic people manage to achieve all the wondrous things, that are often seen by autistic persons featured in documentaries.

I had to change out of my jeans shortly after putting them on because my period left a blood stain on the back of them. At least I noticed the stain before going out this afternoon, or there would have been a lot of people noticing the stain on my butt and being too polite to tell me.

And not long before it was time for me to go out that my cat puked up the mother of all hairballs. But I could tell she was feeling quite a bit of distress before she did because her meows sounded like moans and she was licking her lips a lot, so I couldn't really be upset with her. It's my fault for being too lazy to brush her loose fur out so she doesn't swallow it when she grooms herself.

I just woke up anxious and don't wanna get out of bed. God will give me strength

I woke up. Even worse, I woke up at around 11 AM after getting to sleep at around 5 AM. I tried to go back to sleep but couldn't. I had a horrible meltdown last night. Bruised and scratched up my right arm. Too bad I couldn't hurt myself worse than that.

I can't stand the human race and living in this world. I'm very sick of all the horrible things happening in this world and living in fear that I'm going to suffer horribly and die. There's no one I can talk to. If I try to talk to anyone they'll just put me in the hospital which is like being a prison, and force me to take drugs that will give me horrible side effects. It's hopeless. I'm hopeless.
