Went to see my family (which was a good thing) for the first time since the pandemic started, however, my mother's health is not the best. We will be moving soon, and I'm really concerned she will decline further.

I'm teetering on meltdown or shutdown mode after all of the social interaction, so I think I"m going to go hide in a dark room for the rest of the evening.

It’s 2 in the afternoon, I’m drinking coffee, I’m still tired, I have no energy, I wanted to order groceries today, I’m too tired to put them away, When I’m on my feet, it can give me alot of anxiety & it can hurt being on my feet too. I had to use the internet on my phone, my iPad Pro cable cord broke last week, I waited too long to buy a new cord, so it’s my fault.

Having to tell a friend that I won't be attending her father's funeral tomorrow (due to some safety concerns/COVID). I cried myself to sleep last night over it, but I know it is the logical choice. I offered to be there for her virtually, but I am terrified she is going to hate me.
