My wife claimed that I weaponize when I am over stimmed. I try my best to avoid or warn if I cannot avoid a scenario, but when using words or making comments that she knows I cannot let go. Am I in the wrong (asking Literally)? I do trust my own thoughts too much, asking for an internal voice....

I had very bad night yesterday, I was so badly scratching cuz of my Psoriasis, I woke up at around 6 AM to go to the bathroom, then went back to bed, I slept for 5 hours. My side of my back been hurting sooo badly this week, I’m slowly getting better :D

Not unhappy but fecking angry. I just cooked a pizza for my GF, set the timer on my phone to let me know when it was ready, but it was on the setting 'stop playing' instead of an actual f*****g sound - arghhhhhh!! !! !!
