If I could know everything, then I could know how to fly, how to make myself invisible, how to read minds, how to get my way all of the time, and how to do my own taxes.

Immortality. Live forever without ageing, without needing anything to sustain myself.
Eventually I might grow to regret this choice, but perhaps being immortal inside a red giant wouldnt be so bad...

My circulatory system would flow in series thru my right & left arm
with an expansion valve in-between. I could squeeze this expansion valve
and BOOM: a refrigeration cycle in my own body. One hand would get hot — the other cold. :cheers:
