What funny childhood stories do you have?

For me, I have this funny story that my (older) brother doesn't find funny but I don't agree with him.

When I was little, my brother, mom, and dad would sit on the couch to watch TV. For me, half of the time, I would be daydreaming about cars while the rest of my family would be watching TV. However, there were some instances when I would crawl around on the couch and sniff my brother's, mom's and dad's butt. I remember I somehow made the observation that my brothers butt smelled the worst, my mom's butt smelled better and my dad's butt did not smell at all. Maybe that was just a one-time observation and my dad happened not to "go" yet since the last time he showered, I dunno. Anyway I found this to be a very funny memory

My brother was like "thats disgusting!!"

Well, in 2nd grade I had a really good best friend and her birthday was approaching.

I hadn't made her a card and we weren't doing anything in class, so, I took a pair of scissors and cut a piece of jean out and started drawing on it.

Rest assured, she got the improv card AFTER I went to the principals office. Still worth it though. :P

My sister and I were still toddlers when this happened, because it was so hilarious.

It was Christmas eve, and my dad was laying on the couch sleeping. I was sneaking presents by him to our room, and we ended up opening every single one.

The look on his face is as fresh in my memory as if it was yesterday.

Oh come on, they were still toddlers. Its probably funnier than a 10 year old sniffing people's butts  (There's actually a possibility I was already 10 :? ).

When I was a kid, one of my friend's father was a reseller. He would always have a bunch of stuff that he would sell at yard sales and flea markets and that's how he supported his family. One time he got a bunch of counterfeit purses in a storage locker. The quality was not very good, so he decided he couln't sell them and gave them to us to play with. We decided to use them to prank people by putting the purse in the middle of a 4-way stop and tying fishing line to it and pulling the purse away from them. They'd then realize they'd been had and run back to their cars. I was given the task of manning the fishing pole because I had the best timing of the group. One summer day, a woman in a convertible pulls up and gets out. She looks from side to side to see if anyone was watching(the spider-wire we used blended perfectly with the street) and then knelt down to pick up the purse. As a wonderful co-incidence, she'd walked up to the purse in the same direction we were so when the time came, the purse jumped right between her legs. She screamed and jumped in the air like she'd seen a ghost and ran back to her car. After that we retired the purse becase we knew we'd never top what we'd just seen.
