Facial hair: yes or no?

I have a philosophy regarding facial hair. I grow it until it becomes uncomfortable. Then I shave and start over(this takes about 6 months). What's your facial hair policy? And for the women here, do you like facial hair? And why/why not?

My policy at the moment is to shave approximately every 3 days which keeps the facial irritation at bay. I have attempted to grow a badass beard a few times but could never get past the scratchy feeling around 4 weeks. I grew a goatee on a few occasions but was bothered by the contrast of having hair on one area of my face and not on another. It needs to all be the same length or it bothers me.

I take it off about every week or two. Usually with an electric clipper, but sometimes I break out the old double-edge razor and do it right.

I don't shave my face.

i like men with facial hair.

I let it grow until it begins to disturb my eating. Then I cut it shorter.

i also grow untill it gets uncomfortable, this usually takes a week to happen, but i do shave for some occasions, usually when i have to 'suit up' for the same thing

I keep a variable length beard. I cut it short now and then, and occasionally give it a trim to keep it neatish. The length of time between cuts is highly variable.

I don't like facial hair. I like guys that are clean shaven.

I have to shave every other day or it becomes annoying. I don't like facial hair.

I can't stand it, I've tried growing it before but it annoys me too much...

I generally don't like facial hair on guys. I like small goatees, and sideburns. Even muttonchops on the right kind of guy.

Clean shaven... though one day I want to grow an epic lumberjack beard.

I grow it until my mom begins to tell me that I look like a homeless man. The problem is that I look like a 14-year-old girl when I shave.

I just leave my facial hair alone until I determine that it's time for another shave. I don't like people commenting on my "beard."
