A Queensland man has lost his licence for nine months after being found guilty of drink-driving a motorised esky.
Christopher Ian Petrie, 23, from Tewantin on the Sunshine Coast, recorded a blood alcohol reading more than three times the legal limit when he was breath-tested at Hastings Street in Noosa in June.
He was driving a motorised esky with a four-stroke engine that had a top speed of 20 kilometres per hour.
Petrie faced the Noosa Magistrates Court yesterday.
The magistrate ruled that the motorised esky qualified as a vehicle, and fined Petrie $500.

Sooo... he was drinking while driving a drink machine? 
If he had died, that would be the greatest, most ironic death ever.

He was arrested for pulling what looks like a cool box behind him at a very fast running speed?!
no he added wheels and a a motor and was driving it like a go cart.
while drunk off his nut.
Then the cops took his drivers license away because it is a vehicle.
