450 words per minute(Im a fast talker)

Im a fast talker,I can talk up to 450wpm,
when I was younger,I got up to 500 wpm,but
I can't get that speed anymore.

alot of fast rappers twister,krazyie bone,busta ryhmes,
are up to 375-450 wpm.

It's all too fast to even understand.
Aside from giving rap lyrics a particular style, what other purpose does fast talking have?
Except for maybe the purpose of trying to confuse and mislead people in a sales context.
I'm not trying to be rude, Just while watching the video about that lady, I was thinking, why?

Auctioneers can and do talk that fast, making it very hard to follow.
