Have skin like a toad? Or be covered in tiny spikes.

?

XD This thread doesn't have much use. I just felt an impulse to start a thread because I haven't in a super long time. :P

Anyone have any ideas what this thread should really be about? Or is the original post fascinating enough?

I would personally rather be covered in tiny spikes. It would deter bullies, whereas toad skin would bring them in.

i'd say toad skin.
Spikes might make sexual relations very difficult & painful
especially if our genitals were also covered in tiny spikes

I'd rather have skin, like a toad. I like to give and receive hugs.

Spikes, because with toad skin you'd have real problems with drying out and losing the ability to respirate.

are you sure you're not confusing them with frogs? i thought toads tended to live more on land and had somewhat less of a problem with that

Toads are less permeable, but they do face the same problem. They're just better at retaining.
I agree, butts should be spiky. It would still make some positions difficult though. :P

I think I'd rather have spikes, for protection purposes. :)

Neither of them.... If I had a choice to choose fur, I would choose fur. :)

Toad is too slimey and I can't stand the feel of it after a while.
While having spikes would be vwey uncomfortable, it would probably drive me nuts after a while.

I'm sure they could devise types of butt pads for it.

Actually, I have a pet toad, now. He is usually pretty dry. Just he has those warts and glands that secrete stuff on command...
