I've been researching the Masala Dabba ("Indian Spice Box") - a large tin containing seven smaller tins, each of which contains a different spice common to Indian cuisine. So far, all of my searches agree on only five of the seven spices (Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Cayenne, and something called "Garam Masala").
Can someone help me out with the other two? I know that the Punjabi version might be different from the Tandoori version, but I want to be certain that the item I purchase will allow me to prepare most traditional Indian dishes.
