Okay I get it the two points are your eyes and the blue field is the world.

It means two thngs:

1) You feel lost in this world.

2) Your floating on your back in a swimming pool and you have light blue skin.

No I got it wrong he works at a blue berry processing plant and
fell in a tub of blueberry juice. The juice stain his skin the same color of the juice.
He is flaoting in the juice now and he is deaf/mute and is waiting to be saved. Call 911!! !
