One, and the only reason I bought it was because having an empty TV stand looked stupid...

My sister's place has at least 5 tvs. Three of them are on and being watched by 3 different people as I type this.

I never understood this sort of behavior, even when I did watch tv.

We have 4 TVs - one in my room, one in my brother's room, one in my parent's room and one in the living room.

May I ask why?

My household also has four television sets. There's one in the front living room, another in the other living room, one in my little sister's bedroom, and one in my bedroom.

We have a TV in the living room because my parents and brother like to watch it while unwinding from the day. My dad also uses it to play video games.

We all have a TV in our rooms because we all like to watch TV while falling asleep at night. *shrugs*

None.

Closest thing is a small PC in the living room connected to a DLP projector and my stereo system.

Dear god, my family has 7 televisions. Five are plasma screens, and two are wall mounted. 8O

One tv that works. And two that don't work, because I haven't got round to throwing them out yet.

Actually one of them does work, but only the sound. So it seems a bit of a waste to throw it out. I'm sure I could fix it with the inside of a loo roll and some sticky back plastic if I put my mind to it.

Three are in use, I believe there are two that aren't
I'm typing on one of them, as it is used for my monitor, but hey, if I press the source button....

0. I've lived on my own for the better part of 10 years and I have never owned a TV. I just can't justify the cost of the set, having to drag it up to my apartment, and then paying the extra in electricity and satellite fees. Perhaps when I am making above the median wage I will look into it but for now if it isn't on Hulu or Netflix, it probably isn't worth watching. As an aside, I don't torrent shows. Slows my bandwidth too much.

We have 3 at home. one in the living. one in the tv room. one in my parents room. Me nd sister watch the one in the living. my parents watch in their room or in the tv room. and when we have guests staying over we have them watch the tv in the living room and me nd sister use the one in the tv room. all the tvs have different cable connections so each one watches what they want.

when I lived on my own I used my laptop as the tv.

Actually, I own seven sets, but use only two: one for TV and one for DVDs. The other five are outdated but not yet thrown out. Ouch! Am I that far behind?

if i get cable i'll sit in front of it too long, and then i go in to my head too far when i'm around people(can't talk to people),and i don't get anything done.
