I am a member of the Disney movie club and yesterday I got a card from them. I think it was a warning. I don't always check my email so I forget to decline the movie feature title so they end up shipping the movie to me. I mail it back to them. But the card told me about how I am not supposed to do that and I agreed to the movie selection and if I don't want it, there are three ways of declining it. Call them or go to the website and decline it or mail the movie feature card back. It said if I continue mailing back the movie feature titles, it could be a violation of the membership agreement and will be subject to cancellation and fees.

So why send the return label with the movie with one of the options "Credit the money back to my account?" if I am not supposed to ship the movie back to them for a refund and not want another movie selection? I feel so mislead. But now I know. But really, don't even have that option of mailing the feature title back with the option of crediting the money back to your account I that is against the rules I was doing. I hate contradictions.

I might just call and cancel them because of this BS. Plus I am not even buying movies from them anyway because I have enough DVDs.

I'm sorry for all the trouble they've put you through. By the way, what exactly is the Disney Movie Club? :)
