How does one set up a poll?

Can someone tell me how one sets up a poll on this (or any) forum? I don't know how to do it.

Just click on New Topic, then at the bottom of the post there is a place for a poll question.

Add as many answers as you like, and include one for people who don't want to take part in the poll but would like to see the results.

Click preview to check your post before you make it.
