I'm considering eating better and I'm interested in foods that improve the mood. Fruits and vegetables in particular. I've been down quite a bit lately and I think that I would be able to get out of it by eating mood enhancing foods.

I don't know why but apples make me feel really happy and chirpy.

I always eat a banana before I start my basketball sessions. I seem to do better with the banana vs without one. For overall mood I think just eating healthier will help with that. Cut out the fast food and the processed stuff and you should see a noticeable difference.

I'll put bananas on my list, too. :)

Do you drink plenty of water? I find that helps.

Cheetos improve my mood, therefore they are health food.

Anything that's hot or spicy to the degree that it's almost painful to eat. I think it causes a release of endorphins or something.

Babybird agrees. The spice's make a good sensation on your tongue and then the feeling fades away slowly. It's well good, I love it :D
