I got some Hermit Crabs. I am having a heating issue. I tried the under tank heating pad with no luck. I am now using a heating lamp and it is doing a great job. However, I am stuck leaving it on 24 hours a day for the needed warmth. The night lamp let the temp drop to 70 degrees and that is why I'm not using it. Anyway, will it be ok to leave it on day and night? The tank is 50 gallons so one side gets dark and one stays bright at night.
