I need a new family

Seriously, I need a more normal family. Mine is full of narcissists, abusers, psychopaths, infantile a**holes who think they know everything because they have a degree, but still act like abusive teenagers. I struggle to makes sense of their behavior, but they can't articulate why they hate certain other members. They even stole an inheritance (long story, don't ask). When I disengage to avoid getting suicidal, they play the victim.

It's more than dysfunctional. It's pure insanity. Even people who marry into this family say they've never seen anything like it. If there is a God, I pray to find a more stable supportive group of people to integrate into.

If you hate your family, just stop seeing them. Spend more time with friends instead.

I could never leave my family unless they tried to cannibalize me or something like that.

I do, but but I still want a supportive family I can fall back on, or at least a remotely normal one. When I used all those awful nouns in the original post, I wasn't exaggerating.
