Theoretically this game should be extremely hard, but its actually pretty easy (if you do multiple attempts). I wonder if it harder for those with higher divergent thinking or deficits in ToM to solve it.

I thought the I entered in the correct pattern the first time I did it, but I guess I did something else, so it took me a short while to find it simply because I was avoiding that pattern as I thought I had already done it.

I still can't do it, after many attempts.

EDIT: Just got it, after about 25 or so attempts. What is so obvious about that pattern?

I can't really explain why I chose it... I just suddenly thought, "Oh, this," then got it.

We read from left to right, up to down, so that's why the most popular one is the most popular one, it's also the way most number pads are set up. The reason the second most common is the second most common one is because it's very similar to the most common one (they begin and end the same), only instead of restarting each line you follow one unbroken path.
