Why would you want to? :? Anyway as CR already said a St Bernard is the biggest one I have heard of, sometimes used in rescues I think.

I hate to be the bringer of bad news but dogs are not built to carry weight on their backs the way horses are.

Even if you found a dog large enough to hold your weight temporarily, you're almost certain to injure its spine eventually.

You'd be better off getting sled dogs probably. Riding on the back of a dog will more than likely injure the dog.
