I have aspergers. I had an idea which I told an 'NT' 'friend'.

It is potentially a billion dollar idea. Now NTs are after the cash, and me.

And they will do anything to get it and come out looking clean.

I don't want to be involved in the billion dollar idea but I do have advice on how to deal with this sort of situation.

Tell them that they are out if they don't let you take the lead. If you need their help, delegate their tasks and if they don't like it then tell them thanks for their help so far and move on and replace them with someone else. There are TONS of books out there about building teams. You could potentially get good at that sort of thing and rebuild your team from the ground up.

I wish you the best of luck, especially if it involves helping out people or creatures that really need it!

edit to add:

If you dont like being in charge of the delegation, you can delegate that out as well. Pick people you can trust to assign tasks to the rest of the team.

Was this idea you had some sort of immoral scam or totally above board? And by that I don't just mean is it legal.

If they've filmed you, this seems to be a case of blackmail. Are you sure this is real or are they trying to make fun of you. I'm growing quite concerned for your situation. Do you have someone to talk to about this?

It was just an idea.

They want me to be well known.

I know how they are going to make me look, and they won't explain the full situation.

I have signed papers that were suposedly for housing but I suspect they are for something else, I was told to leave the date and then told 'you should be careful what you sign.' I may have signed more than two.
I think I have made allegations that I know are true but probably won't be able to prove.
It began above board but because of what they have done, I can never trust them.
It wouldn't suprise me if I have already signed my will, signed over all my assets and/or will end up in prison.
People are being brought with money that hasn't been made yet.

FYI I'm not a lawyer, this is not legal advice...

Maybe they just want to make sure you are capable of running a company. The neurotypical doesn't want the leader of anything to be embarrassing. They want you to be a good neurotypical role model or maybe just a good role model for other aspies. The contracts are very likely to see how seriously you take business and determine whether or not you can be cowed into signing a contract by people with a stronger personality. I imagine the business world wants to weed out anyone who might cause a lawsuit because they felt pressured to sign.

This of course assumes that they aren't just trying to rip you off.

What I would do:

1. Request copies of the contract that have your signature on them if you don't already have a copy. Always print your contracts out and keep them in paper form.

2. Study some contract law, know what makes a contract a contract and make a list of these things and check all of your contracts against them.

3. Review the contracts and see what you actually signed. Seek clarification for anything you don't understand and discuss everything just to be safe. This will likely be an emotionally taxing problem.

4. Seek whatever changes are needed to the contract and seek professional legal advice with a specialist lawyer. Make sure everything is covered no matter how small and that the financial figures work out. The last thing you want is for someone to make more money off of your project than you are making. Don't let them control it by controlling you. Get good at saying "I'm not comfortable making this decision right now, I'll think about it" or "write me a proposal with all the relevant figures and I'll look it over." Have a thorough plan. Plans are a defense against control, if you make a complete plan and explain it to everyone and test them on it, you will then be able to lead. Stick to the plan and make all changes to it known.

5. Establish a leadership, let them know who makes all final decisions and make sure the contracts state that there are penalties for not executing the contract or following your orders. Make sure they will be contractually obligated to pay you for non-performance. Never assume that a contract is just a formality. It never is, no matter how much people laugh at you for saying otherwise... if you don't take your contracts seriously, you won't make it anywhere... there is always a contract. You may want to ask some business people to sit down with you and explain how their company functions.

And now I've realized what people will do for money and what they will say for money...

And who they will pay to keep themselves out of trouble...They will lie.

I edited my post because I've written a full explanation of what has happened and other explanations with more and less details.
