What i always drink: Cola zero.

In the morning and before i go to bed i try to drink a half glass of milk and Applejuice (specifically Tropicana "Cloudy Apple") to up my vitamins.

Frankly, at least a partial reason for it is that I went out during the day underdressed for the post-sun night.
I'm in a motel room temporarily now, I'm not so much homeless- dressing, in layers. " A little heat in my stomach ". :(
