I see all new posts are happening one hour in the future. Has America changed its clocks?

I think so. I thought I noticed that it went from 1 AM to 3 AM awfully quickly. Though that could just be me losing track of time while messing around on the computer, which is just as likely.

Ah, I would guess so - Oh my, that means the UK will be changing soon

It catches me out every year (well twice a year actually). WP doesn't handle daylight saving time correctly so members not in America need to set the time zone in their WP profile incorrectly (one hour out) to show the correct time.

I have to change the setting then change it back again when the rest of the world changes its clocks on the 25. The wrong time showing against posts catches me out and sometimes I open a forum / thread thinking there is a new post there when I've already read it.

Doesn't France having daylight savings mean you have to update your timezone 4 times per year (rather than twice)?

Timezones aren't the same as GMT offsets

France is GMT + 1 hour. France (and most of Europe as far as I'm aware) changes the clocks on the same date as the UK. So to get the correct time showing I've had to set my time zone to GMT. On the 25th I'll have to set it back to GMT + 1.

I've just had to alter my time settings to GMT+10 hours (it's currently about 10:11 pm on Sunday here.) Daylight Saving Time ends here on April 1.
