The lady was asking me questions (I go to her because she tends to not get upset/irritated with me). She seems to also take my bluntness in stride... But she was asking me if I was dating anyone, to which I mentioned I had probably been in relationships all together a year out of the past four or five years. She asked why, and I told her simply because I haven't really found anyone I can get along with.

She then started to make a connection between me and "the big bang theory". But I don't really watch the show so I don't know which character.

But how many of you often get connected to characters that people are familiar with in your day to day life?

I've been connected to/called monk, rain man... but they never seem to pick up what I actually am. Its like they're passing thought is passing by, and they connect a word but not the dots.

Sheldon in the big bang theory is commonly thought to have (an exaggerated version) of aspergers

Not really. I've been compared to Violet from The Incredibles once before (cause of my hair I guess), but other than that, I don't recall.

Aside from social awkwardness (and the occasional cockiness xD) I'm not much like Sheldon and can't really relate to him. He really is extremely exaggerated imo. I still love him though.

I've been compared to Edward Scissorhands and Fluttershy.

I have been compared to Sam off of cloudy with a chance of meatballs. I get slightly too excited over special interests.

I was called Mr Garrison from South Park some when I was in high-school because my classmates believed I was gay & in the the closet. I may think of some other people I was compared to latter
