The one on the right could be some kind of gneiss, dunno about the one on the left.
(I have no knowledge of the subject beyond that garnered from too much DF, but I do have a Dorling Kindersley guide to rocks and minerals. I'm probably wrong!

They where actually sitting up top in a vaulted ceiling area for about 2 years undisturbed. The hair is, probably my cat.
