Android - as in the robot with a human appearance.

Would you like yourself to work like an android or do you prefer having human qualities?

Depends on what the androids are like. They're portrayed in all kinds of different ways in fiction. In Blade Runner, they're "more human than human." They're more passionate and emotional than the human characters around them. In the book that the movie is based on, they're cold-hearted, emotionless, amoral bastards. Robotic, in other words. I'm assuming you're thinking of the latter.

No. I was more getting at a nice android. I was meaning android as in having a computer in your brain that can calculate data, being able to run faster, think faster, calculate possible outcomes, maths etc.

YES!

If I could get a cybernetic implant, I would sign up for that in a heartbeat.

The logical computing capabilities combined with the human brain's ability to reason would turn anyone into a God of some sort.

Definition of love:

a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.

So you don't really feel love, you feel a small bundle of emotions for another person, which can be summed up as love.

:)

Only if I can have telepathy, a small teddy bear, a mimetic polyalloy chassis, a Tenkian and a scene with Daryl Hannah...

...but I'd really rather upload to a Culture drone and be snarky at people from behind an aura field.

It would be interesting as long as you get to keep the information your brain has. You will never fall ill, have cancer or die and if there is a problem, it can be fixed.
