Is anyone else here a womb-twin? I had an identical twin sister for a very brief amount of time, about 6 weeks. I only know that she would have been my mirror-image twin, that she would have parted her hair to the left, and that she would most likely have been right handed.
Her death may have led to the hypoxia later in pregnancy that gave me NVLD. Or, the placenta problem that gave me hypoxia later may have killed her. I will never know.
I know her death led to the birth of my younger sister-my family only wanted two kids. I love my younger sister, I think I love her more than my womb-twin.
I believe in reincarnation. I think she is out there somewhere. What if I met her? Would we feel a connection? Would we have any idea that we were once twins?
I just have no idea what I feel. It's like my NVLD, I can try to describe it, but I will never fully be able to.
