Are you an impatient driver ?

Do you get REALLY hacked off with slow or talent-free drivers ?

Does it ruin your driving day ?

I live with it - but it doesn't stop me getting p*ssed off.

Unfortunately yes, I am VERY impatient with other drivers. I immediately honk at them if they do something on the road that I do not like. Other drivers may leave it be, but I am the one honking away at them. Someone here was just asking about cursing on another thread.. well if I come in contact with a bad driver, that triggers me to curse!

I do not drive; I lack the visual processing skills needed to avoid being a hazard to myself and other road users.

I am also an impatient driver. People who drive under the speed limit really pi** me off, but I don't stay mad for long.

Your answer reminds me of a Maths teacher who went a bit loony in front of the class when discussing the results of a recent exam sat by the class.

He spoke of one of our number who in response to one of the exam questions, had just answered 'yes' when the teacher had sought a full explanation.

Everybody laughed out loud.

It was only as I found myself laughing, that I realised that the pupil in question was me !

But in fairness, it was asked in such a way that a yes/no answer could have been acceptable.
It gave no indication that it wanted an explanation of the 'yes' provided.

Christ knows what he must have thought to see me laughing along with everyone else.

But more fool him for putting the question in a way that allowed a simple yes/no answer.

Bloke was a raving psychopath anyway.

Despite it being a very good UK grammar school, we had one or two really angry teachers.

Some of them I swear, used to wind one another up about how appalling certain pupils were - so they could internally 'justify' their persecution and bullying of them.

I'm so good at driving I could find all the drivers that think I must either have stopped or going so sloow or invisible that many people seem to hesitate when pulling out in front of me, they do, quickly stop, think, then go for it. This leaves me with no other option but to stamp on the brakes, the last time some one did, I could feel the front brakes had locked up. The idiot just pulled out and was going so slow for the 55 chicane limit that I seem to be the only one that can hold it at the 70 limit imposed on that road (in a safe manner) Very annoying to do the speed limit, I'm ON the speed limit all the way, someone overtakes me, and I end end being slowed down by them. I'm thinking, you f*****g prat, because of you I now have to use my brakes where I could have easily left you 4 car lengths behind me without slowing down. Trucks are different, so I let the majority of those go.

I got so pissed with someone pulling out in front of me I decided to put on my lights full whack as that person was unable to see me. Funny thing was there was a cop car opposite who did nothing...
