I'm with you. Do you get the itchy throat and ear canal thing that I get; they itch simultaneously? Makes me crazy.

ARGH 8O YES!

And the only way I know of to "scratch" it is to blow air through your throat and sort of "hiss" like a cat violently and it doesn't even help for your ear canals and makes people look at you really funny...

I know, I've stopped paying attention to the looks at this point. The itch is worse than the strange looks of the allergy-free. One day, I hissed like that so much that my ears went shut. Like almost completely, I could hardly hear a thing for days. I can't blow my nose without that big honking sound that a lot of old men make; I sound like a bloody fog horn. Whatever you do, don't take a wet cue tip to the itchy ear thing; makes it so much worse, ahhh, I always learn the hard way.

I wouldn't dream of trying to scratch that with a Q-tip, I'm extrememly sensitive about putting stuff in my ears... But it's nice to know I'm not the only one who does that, hehehe

a fan? sorry, natural reaction.

my allergies consist of a sore throat, phlegm, eyes burning, coughing, and headache.

whenever i get that thing of a sore throat, i often forget how wonderful it feels to swallow with a clear throat. then, when i'm not sick, i don't notice it...it's like saw or something.

I used to get shots filled with stuff that I was allergic to, and my body would get desensetized and not react as badly. They worked until I stopped getting them, then I just reverted. Rather quickly.

I have no major allergies.

I'm only allergic to gnat bites and bee stings. The only thing that happens when ever I'm stung by a bee or bitten by a gnat is, that sting swells up bigger than normal, but not big big.

I get extremely uncontrollable in terms of behaviour if I eat caramel or anything with tartaric acid. Its quite frightening to see me yelling and running up and down corridors and doing cartwheels.

The smell of fresh paint, brand new fabric, or anything else treated with formaldehyde ! ! Makes me cough just typing it. Yuck-oh. And people see me starting to get all itchy, and clogged up, and say, is something wrong?? No, I always gasp like this ! !!
