The challenge that comes to driving as an Aspie is being aware of everything that is going on around you. A high awareness level is needed, because people can be unpredictable.

In February I almost got in a wreck while driving late at night to go pick up my sister. This guy who was in front of me slammed on his brakes to let a jaywalker pass and I almost went over the top of his little car with my truck.

There is also that time of the year when the pavement is covered in ice around here, and there's always someone who doesn't have studded tires or chains.

I have many stories, but that would make this reply too long to read. Just drive defensively, and follow the rules the best you can. Not everyone does.
