Something strange happened to me when I logged out of WP before bed last night. I was using an avatar and comparing myself to Mick and when I've logged out of the Internet, the same image was tiled as wallpaper but in a larger size. I had a different image as wallpaper on my screen, before I went on WP.

The avatar I was using:

The image that showed up in a tiled pattern as wallpaper:

This reminds me of the time that I was comparing myself to Sid from Flushed Away in 2008 and my TV area lamp turned itself on.

If you don't like this thread, you don't have to post in it.

Maybe you accidentally right clicked it and clicked set as desktop background?

Interesting!

That could be possible. :)

Perhaps your wallpapers were on a timed cycle, and changed every so often?

I have that and it showcases all my best spring photos - I did it to combat being depressed last month.

That's funny, because my wallpaper isn't on a timer.

Would a much higher-resolution image of that be available if you like it? Search for it (or something like it) on Google.

I'm sure that there is. I could also sharpen the image. :)

That's strange indeed CockneyRebel. I'm new here but already noticed you've got a ton of posts here. I like your posts. I'll have to check out your favorite singer here. What happened to you here reminded me of something that happened to me once a couple years ago. I had to use my parents' computer then. I had been chatting online to someone I really liked, and that someone had sent me a self-photo. I forgot and left it on the toolbar. When Mom logged in the next morning, she clicked on it and up popped the photo. I had alot of explaining to do.

I like that.

I had a nice coincidence today myself. My music player on my phone stopped playing when I started walking, and continued when I sat back down. Maybe I subconsciously move my fingers on it or something.

That is strange. Did it seem like a happy thing or a spooky thing?

I wonder if there's a shortcut on the keyboard that'd do that - the tiling part that is, and you unknowingly clicked.

I always like to check and see what you're using for avatar. :)
