Do you think I sound the same as people on American television or does my accent sound regional?

Sounds pretty general to me. If there were more words you could say that might involve a possible merger (if there's a difference in the way you say stuff like cot and caught) then I could get a better idea.

The only difference I noticed was you said "tore-ist" instead of "too-rist" for tourist, but I've heard people from both east and west say that.

You sound like you speak standard American English. I don't catch a regional sound in your speech. Honestly, in everyday interactions, the only difference I've heard with Northwest english is saying "melk" instead of "milk", although that could be specific to the few individuals I've heard from the Northwest. (specifically Seattle area and all one family)

Those vowel sounds can be confusing though. Today, a woman at work said "may-sure" for "measure" and I thought for sure she was from Missouri or Southern Iowa, but it turns out she's from Indiana. It's all midwestern, but sometimes those vowel sounds are hard to pin down.

your accent sounds like a mixture of Canadian and Californian to me.
