It's not Christmas yet!! It's nowhere near Christmas, so why are strains of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" pouring out of my radio?

Die, Christmas music, die!

the stores here in new orleans are confused as well. they have merry christmas and happy holidays up already. i was tempted to scratch out the christmas and write thanksgiving but i had not a black marker on me.

just wait, when christmas is actually here, they'll be playing thanksgiving music...whatever that is.

People also like to put up decorations for a holiday usually about three months before it actually comes. Must be an NT thing. I guess they like to celebrate before anything's actually happened. They don't have strict routines and schedules like we do. They can do things before their shedule would normally allow it. I can't. Everything has a certain time that it can't be done before.

No offense, but I think you're being a bit bigoted. I'm an Aspie and I enjoy Christmas so much that I like hyping it up too. Don't assume that anything you don't like is strictly an NT thing.

hyped up three months before it actually occurs? i can't stand the waiting period for christmas. i enjoy the feeling in the air pre-christmas but christmas day itself is amazing(especially since it snowed here once! i think last year...hmm...) it's very hard to resist the temptation of peeking at my christmas presents.

I only like Christmas music on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Harry Connick Jr, Perry Como, Vince Guaraldi (of Charlie Brown soundtrack fame)
I certainly don't like the commercial hype at all.
