Television is overrated these days, anyways. I wish I had a time machine so I could travel to the 60s for two hours a day and watch good TV.

You can view many old shows online, but it just not the same on a computer and on demand, before cable if you missed it, IT MIGHT NEVER BE ON AGAIN!! !! Of course whatever it was you missed is now on YouTube or Hulu...

I used to have a TV in my room, but I got rid of it when I rearranged and redecorated my room a couple of weeks ago. It's been a little difficult trying to fall asleep without it, but other than that, I wasn't getting much use out of it.

There is really no need for tv nowadays
The only time I watch tv is when I watch reruns of Top Gear on BBC America..

I got a CHiPs watching interest a few years ago, they only issued 3 seasons and those had missing episodes, the stream quality was horrible. Never any further mention of issuing any more episodes, pisser waste of time

My TV is used for video games and movies. I don't watch much TV these days.

I wouldn't want to have to go without tv but I did get rid of cable a little over a year ago and don't really miss it. I just watch dvds.

There doesn't seem to be a pressing need to own a TV anymore, when you can just get your news online.

I haven't had a TV for at least 9 years. I think TV is 98% rubbish and the remaining 2% I can get through the Internet with iPlayer, 4od, netflix etc.

I am completely out of touch about most shows that are on now. Sometimes, it's hard to keep up with a conversation when the talk starts in on something popular and I have little clue what it's about. I will watch a game and a few things that catch my interest on the Science Channel when the mood strikes me. Other than that, I could probably do without TV.

I don't like watching tv on my computer. The screen is small (I think 15 or 16 inches) and sometimes it takes ages to load. I have a 40 inch tv.

The only network show I watched in the past year was Vampire Diaries and sometimes Family Guy. I'd rather watch dvds of old shows I like and have already watched before.
