Can't seem to fall a sleep at nights. It's really hot so I got a fan. Now that the temperature is okay, I still struggle at finding a comfortable position in bed. I just CAN'T clean my head... It sucks. For a long time now, I used to fall a sleep really early at like 10 pm but since a month ago things got worse. I'm on psychiatric medications btw, not sure if it's related.... I started using computer at nights because I thought it'd make me sleepy but I think it did the opposite. Anybody relate/can help and give me tips?
Also I don't drink coffee, don't smoke AT ALL (Coffee and cigarettes make one more awake), I keep a healthy lifestyle with physical activity and all, but even after a long tiresome day.... I CAN lay down but nothing much other than that.
