...a few hours ago. Took thousands and thousands of photos over a few days.

I did so many things but this was the highlight...

(...ZX_SpectrumDisorder will love that.)

Went all over the wee Province and down to the Republic as well. Had lots of great times and saw many, many things. I'll bore you all to death with it but I'm tired. I'll respond to other responses on the forum soon)

Excellent. Went to (and this is a short list)

  • Ulster American Folk Park at Omagh
  • The largest marching band parade in Europe
  • Lisburn and the Linen Centre Museum
  • Carlingford, a lovely tourist town in the Republic of Ireland
  • a little village in County Armagh called Tandragee (I've been before to see the wonderful Tayto Crisps factory but never saw the village)
  • An all-day trip for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Bangor, taking in the North Down Museum as well as HMS Bangor (which was in the town) and the many stalls and a vintage car stall
  • Dublin for an afternoon

Not bad for five days.
