title^^

Can't seem to fall a sleep at nights. It's really hot so I got a fan. Now that the temperature is okay, I still struggle at finding a comfortable position in bed. I just CAN'T clean my head... It sucks. For a long time now, I used to fall a sleep really early at like 10 pm but since a month ago things got worse. I'm on psychiatric medications btw, not sure if it's related.... I started using computer at nights because I thought it'd make me sleepy but I think it did the opposite. Anybody relate/can help and give me tips?

Also I don't drink coffee, don't smoke AT ALL (Coffee and cigarettes make one more awake), I keep a healthy lifestyle with physical activity and all, but even after a long tiresome day.... I CAN lay down but nothing much other than that. :(

Maybe you could get some sleeping depressants if it doesn't interfere with your medications. They always help me fall asleep when I can't.

Using computer before you go to bed is bad idea, it will set your mind racing. Better option is to read something you find uninteresting, and force yourself to read that as long as you are awake.

How I sleep is also important to whether I'll get to sleep. If I take a shower, make the bed, and dress for bed it's much easier to fall asleep than if I don't.

Maybe try some relaxing music, a glass of warm milk, or sleeping pills...
