Hello,
I used to cosplay quite a lot - I just don't have the time and occasions anymore. But I still have an unfinished Final Fantasy XI Blue Mage Artifact Armor cosplay in my closet... Maybe I'll finish that some time.
Here are a few pictures of my cosplays - no very good ones, I am afraid, because they've usually been taken at various conventions. I rarely found the time to do proper photoshootings.

That seems to be a fun cosplay. Find yourself an Alice and/or a White Queen and just do it anyway. Shooting pictures in a park can be just as much an occasion.
(If your hair doesn't happen to look like that, this is the best source for cheap but very nice wigs I found http://www.internationalwigs.com/Default.asp)

I wouldnt mind cosplaying I would probably cosplay as either Light Yagami *because I have the hair for it* or cosplay as L *since I hunch as I walk and kinda act like him anyway*

I cosplayed L - because I have been told I look like him.
And you can unashamedly eat sweets the whole day long, it was fun walking over the convention grounds with a bag full of chocolate and lollipops.

I'd only do it if my school has a cosplay club. It looks fun! I'd probably cosplay as a vocaloid, or maybe as Sango from InuYasha, because she's badass.

Funny you mention cosplay club, the anime club here is doing a cosplay cafe on monday.
It's a pretty awesome show, I'll leave it at that.
All the characters are funny in their own way. >.>
