I do. I always thought that everyone did, but apparantly that's not the case. The radio can also play television theme songs and video game music.

Jitro, thanks to you I have the A-Team theme song in my head just because I read "television theme songs".

And yes, same here, in case I do not actively listen to music, my brain makes up for the silence.

When I was in secondary school, it was far away from my hometown, so I had to take a special bus/taxi service there. The problem was, the taxi service was crapbuckets, and they'd often NOT send a bus when I asked for it if I had the last couple of hours off. So sometimes, I had to wait for 45 minutes or 90 minutes at school, when school was OUT for me.

In those long long minutes, I had to occupy myself with something, and since the school had no library (and it didn't occur to me to bring stuff with me I could do to pass the time... peculiarly), I would play one of my favourite songs in my head, to pass 4 minutes. And another song to pass the next 4 minutes. And another. And another.
Hell, sometimes, I even specifically learned the lyrics to a song I liked (but didn't know by heart), just so I could add it to my internal jukebox (because playing a song in your head is a lot harder if you don't know the words).

Even to this day, I wile away my more boring hours by playing my favourite songs in my head. I do it on the street while walking anywhere whenever my discman's batteries are empty or I don't feel like wasting them.

Mine only plays my favorite music. I'd pay for that station to exist in real life (and actually purchase a radio too).

Do you mean like listening to music in your head? If so, then yes.

Constantly. I'm bobbing around to an internal playlist as I type.

Most of the time it plays my favorite music but I also react to keywords (and it can be anything, artists or songs names, words making me think about a song...). Sometimes it happens that I hum what I hear (can be very funny in public places).
When my inner radio starts to play kitsch, funny, video games songs (let's say things like Popcorn, Tetris, Zelda, Super Mario for example) it often means that I need food. I know it can sound strange but that's the way it is ! :)

Hey, that's pretty useful! It takes me hours of having an empty stomach to realise that I'm hungry. Funny music would be great.

Now I'm wondering if it also works the other way around and if this makes you hungry. :P

I have a constant radio station broadcasting in my head! It's often brilliant and perfectly suited to my taste, but thanks to my obsessive thoughts, occasionally something awful gets in there! A few bangs to the left temporal lobe seems to fix it!

I can listen to the entire original cast recording of Les Miserables in my head over and over again, especially when I am stressed. Also Phantom of the Opera!
