Anyone here drink half and half? It's amazing. I just tried drinking some last night, and WOW. If you got any half and half you put in your coffee and whatever in the morning, pour yourself a small glass and try some. It's AMAZING to drink by itself.

I don't like half and half, either by itself or in my coffee. I like coffee that tastes like coffee. Half and half just tastes weird. One of my cousins used to drink it by itself, though. He would put only a tiny drop of coffee and fill the rest of the glass with half and half.

Half and half is delicious!! ! Almost as good as whipping cream. I don't dare keep it around the house because I'd drink a quart a day. My mother used to hate it when we'd go to restaurants and they'd have it at the table because I'd embarrass her by drinking it.

Yeah it's good, it's just pretty fattening. Sometimes as a treat I'll take some canned peaches or fruit cocktail and drain the syrup and cover the fruit with half and half, it's very good.

In this case, a mixture of half milk and half cream.

I like 10%mf in my coffee, that stuff is like crack. People wonder why they keep going back for Tim Hortons shyte coffee, it's because of the 10%mf..... So good.

I'll use half`n`half if that's all there is.

I've never thought of that. I always thought half and half was restricted to coffee.lolI'll have to try that. Thanks for mentioning it.

Half and half is 50% milk and 50% cream, it's quite popular in the U.S. and it's mostly used in coffee.

You can't buy it here in AUS, you have to mix it yourself at home if you want it.

The closest thing you can buy to it in store here is under the name, extra light thickened cream.

My Aspie husband eats when he is anxious or stresses. He has being overweight since I met him. He's being struggling to lose weight practically forever. He did the Atkins diet for a while and also tried other ways to loose weight, but nothing worked. Last February we watched "Forks over knieves", a documentary prepared by two American physicians specialists in heart conditions. They explained with figures and studies why eating animal products is bad for our health. The next day we bought the book. The following week we became plant-based diet followers, and we do not pretend to stop this new way of eating. My husband has lost 30 pounds so far, he enjoys eating, has being controlling his anxiety eating better, and feels great (so do I). So no, we do not drink half and half or any other animal-related food. We drink soy milk or almond milk. And cashews sucked overnight and processed in the food processor with a little water for cream.

Thanks for this suggestion. I put frozen strawberries and half and half in the blender and came out with basically strawberry ice cream. So good.
