...those who do like you or don't mind you?

I'm talking about random people judging you on appearance and body language, people who don't know you personally.

I find if they look at you more often and give you more stares, they dislike you more and don't feel comfortable around you.

I wouldn't really care if someone I didn't know was judging me. They mean nothing to me, so why would their potential thoughts about me matter? I know what you mean about staring though. If someone is giving me a blank stare without any positive facial expressions like smiling, then I will consider this to be negative attention.

I don't really care one way, or the other. If my enemies have a problem with me, that's their problem. They can't accept people who are different, because they have sticks up their rectums.

I've learned it's best to look back if you can, and just look at them as they're looking at you. Basically get into a staring contest with them.

I haven't noticed that. Usually people who dislike me intentionally and openly ignore me and act like I'm not there at all. Or they make fun of me and criticize what I say or do.
However, those are the signs that help me recognize if someone doesn't like me. I can't really tell any other way. So maybe you're right and I just haven't noticed that. I can be very clueless.

How would I know if random people in public dislike me?
If someone is staring at me, it could be for any reason from
A. I'm totally hot
to
B. I remind them of their dearly departed, unusually-youthful-looking grandmother
to
C. They hate me and want to kill me, my family, my dog, my dog's family...
