Post your early posts for a feeling of nostalgia! I'm interested in seeing some of our vets very first posts (such as Cockney and alex). Note: Any 'Hi, I'm new here' and automated welcome messages do not count (Yes, I'm lookin' at you, Tim_Tex). You can put it in quotes if you like, along with optional back story on the post.

I like the rain as well, as long as the wind isn't blowing it into my face (that's where my baseball cap can come in handy). It's a nice cool feeling, and it trickling down my face is also neat. The only times where I can enjoy the rain though are when I'm walking down to the bustop to get to school, or getting off it to school, or getting from school to the bustop, or lastly from the bustop to home. Everyone will hate the rain that feels like paintball gun shots when they hit you, and hailing is uncomfortable. I've never experienced snow before, because Wellington's air is full of salt from the sea, so rain is nice and soothing. However, I'm quite suprised I haven't been electrocuted by my MP3 player yet...

That was from a rain topic, about how people felt about the rain.

You don't have to post your first post, you know. Just some of your first ones. For example, the Rain one was picked because the others I felt weren't worth mentioning!

My very 1st post out of the many. I'm 15 now, as I joined in End Of June/July and my birthday's October.

There you go. One of the first. The very first one was about The Bill.

I was born in Canada, and I have a Cockney accent.

That was my very first post.

If I have one weakness, it is that I love to remember recent history through a fuzzy lens. I am a nostalgiaholic.

And now, the truth behind the Werbert brand name.

This site asked for a user name and I gave them one, the first one that came to mind. It is not my name, nor have I ever met anyone with this name. Although, if I ever have children, I might name one of them werbert. That or Robin Banks.

Pssst! I have found CockneyRebel's introduction thread, and, to my great surprise, her introductory post mentioned zilch about Routemasters or London. 8O 8O 8O

I hate it when someone out of no where just hugs me. My sister likes doing that and sometimes she'll just randomly kiss me on the cheek. My brother's make fun of it sometimes so I get back at them by hugging them randomly too. My first reaction when someone hugs me without warning is not :) but 8O. Whenever I'm in church and we are holding hands I will just randomly squeeze the person's hand as hard as I can. Sadly, if it's my brother he nearly breaks my hand when return squeezes it.

this is odd...i never introduced myself...oh, well
