"The worst thing a bully did to me was pull a knife on me and threaten to rape me in my Maths class in year 10 and I had to watch two of my friends get beaten up so they could not help me and the rest of the class banging on the table saying rape her, rape her, rape her.

To have the neighhbour across the road from me the mother in her late 40s early 50s say to everyone in my neighbourhood that I had died from a drug overdose in the gutter and they had a party to celebrate that I was dead until I turned up at there party to say I was not dead they took one look at me and packed up the party and went home."

Don't tell me there are worse stories than this?

Poor girl...

Those really are the worst bullying stories ever... :( I feel bad for whoever that happened to. Makes me feel bad for being traumatized over bullying that was a lot less severe than that.

I cannot comprehend that people could be so cruel. What is this world coming to?

There's no way that story is true.

I hope it isn't real.

Me too, but the cynic in me wouldn't be surprised if it was. Human cruelty knows no bounds.

Yes, I feel the same way. After all, look at what the Nazis did.

That shows me think how mild I had it so I am not upset about the bullying I got and I am way over it.

Godwin's law. Sorry, I had to.

I hope it's not real, but I wouldn't discount human cruelty. Especially from kids! What is their problem? Middle schoolers and high schoolers are the nastiest little s**theads ever!

Most people had it mild, I got over my bullying quickly too because of that.

I got ran over with a VW Beetle and left in Georgia.

Yeah, it can get worse. Although that wasn't bullying, that was spousal abuse.

Yeah I wonder if the bullying I got was at the same level as everyone else but to me I was so sensitive, it seemed bad than it really was. But I never saw everyone getting picked on all the time nor as much as me. I did see my brother pick on these two girls in our neighborhood but he was the only one and they didn't seem to care.

People that say people need to toughen up with bullies and get over it, I wonder if it's because they also had it mild so they don't really understand what it was really like for some who had it severely. I can't relate to people who don't get over it because I got over it so I fail to understand. I've always assumed it was at the same level as me.

I may have a slightly different understanding of what bullying is.

The second story (which sounds a bit apocryphal) is clearly bullying, very very nasty but not in fact criminal.

The first story which given the state of today's schools actually sounds more believable is not really bullying (meaning it goe WAY beyond bullying). Making threats verbally or wielding knives are in fact criminal acts, as are condoning them by not getting help.
