No no ....NO NO NO NO!! !! NEVER!! !! ! EVER!! !! !! ! Never I say. Why do you ask.

To be serious ,to answer.

If you mean shout as in being angry -- when being around my family I did do that (once in a blue moon) , when discusion leeds to argument . Could even call it a meltown - then I have been known to screem my head off when feel under too much presure then have to go away - to the garden or somewhere private...... I think I can control it now , now that I know that I may have AS and that my parents also know .

If you mean sometimes speak too loud in normal conversation , yes can be. Usualy am too quite with people as I am shy. But when explaning stuff ,trying to make a point or such can become too loud ,as people point it out sometimes.

I shout when it's convenient. Sometimes it's for comical reasons, others it's to cheer for something, but it's never out of anger. If I were to become angry enough to yell, I can assure you it'd be followed by bloodshed. I scare myself sometimes...

I only shout when i know it will annoy someone ^^ when i'm really angry i tend to start ignoring people rather then shouting at them.

When i am angry i usually do the opposite, speak in a very controlled, level voice. However, in normal conversation i frequently speak too loud to the point at which i am shouting, i am frequently told to use my indoor voice.

I will usually do this in a crowded or noisy area as i need to hear myself in order to speak, unless i am very annoyed to the point at which i have lost control, then the only other time that i shout or use a loud voice is when i am trying to put a point across, and feel that others should listen, this is usually during a discussion.

Yes. To my eternal shame.

And the thing is, my freak-outs only ever seem to get worse when people try to cheer me up rather than letting them burn out by themselves...

I find it very very hard to shout even when very very angry.

Ive tried before to do it on my own, just decide to shout and nothing comes out.

Same with screaming.

There is something in my head blocking me doing it.

Shouting is a complete waste of energy. But, if something rubs me the wrong way or gets me angry I will shout.
