for your birthday, or a holiday.... My

older friegot me a precious moments statue with a sign with 11 flavors of icecream on itfor my 11th birthday. It was ok, but it's head cracked off the next day, and it's been on my shelf all dusty and the head looks like it didn't come off but it still does...

A Barbie doll, when I liked Thundercats, Ninja Turtles, and Transformers instead. (But I'm a girl, so I can't really blame her.) Don't ask me what happened to the Barbie

I am into heavy metal, rock and alternative music. So when my then boyfriend (he's my ex now) presented me with the Darius album (a popstar who flopped in the UK) I didn't know what to do. But that was the worst present I have ever received. It was cheesy and so not me. He said he was embarrassed buying it, well I was embarrassed receiving it. This was about 3 years ago.

Sounds spoiled, but I told everyone I wanted either an iPod or money towards an iPod.

My mother gave me clothes and a gift card to American Eagle. I don't even know what that is. I sound bitter, I know, but my idea of clothing choice is a pair of self paint splattered ripped jeans, Chuck Taylors, and a Communist t-shirt.

I also got batteries, but I loooooove those. :)

It would be any perfume. My mum always gives me really expensive perfumes, that have such a sweet smell, they make me vomit.

Although they do come in handy if my puppy craps in the hall. (That happens about every odd numbered day, when I'm about to walk my dogs and I am just putting the second boot on)
After I have walked the dogs, I clean up the crap, wash my hands, put my coat back on, leave the house, and just before I shut the door, I spray some of that 'Noa' by 'Cacherel' (My most recent gift) in my hall and dump the bottle on the stack of old newspapers in the corner.
If I were my next door neighbors, I would most likely prefer the smell of 'Noa' to dog poo.

(I've have tried telling her that I didn't like certain gifts, and she says I'm ungrateful, so I just give them a 'new meaning')

I got a handbag from my cousin - for my birthday I think. I'm a guy and I was so shock at the so called 'mens bag' that I ask for the receipt before I even finished opening the present. It seemed like a recycled gift anyway.

When grandfather always used to give some money to my mum, for my birthday, and my mum would buy a present. So when it's almost my 4th birthday, my granddad asked my mum: "Sooooo, what is it it I'm buying her?". My mum said: 'Underwear'
Ever since then (until he died) he has asked me what I wanted for my birthday.

On my 4th b-day my granddad gave me a dinky toy, a pink ford taunus.

The demise of the Routemaster, last December. That was my worse Christmas present.

I was all pumped up for another month of December, too.

That was than, this is now. 8)

Worst gift? I wonder, really I do. I've never been much for gifts, and over the past few years the holiday has utterly disgusted me. I think the worst gift I ever got was something I forgot, since it just wasn't what I wanted.

It kind of bothers me when I tell people I don't want gifts, so rather than save their money, they buy me things I don't want and will never use. They're so wrapped up in the avaricious marketing of the holiday, they fail to see the meaning behind the gifts in the first place. I'd rather they just spent some time with me, or took me out somewhere. I mean, I don't exactly get out enough as it is...

When I was a kid I despised getting clothes. Every year I got them and I hated it. I needed them though.

Once my younger brother gave me a black apron, the kind a waitress would wear. That Christmas, it would have been a year since I had quit my waitressing job! 8O

I didn't like getting clothes/underwear when I was young. Apart from that, the worst present I got was probably a CD by the boy band 'Five'.

When I was thirteen, my grandmother gave me a training bra.

Soap and a towel, from the staff at my Clubhouse in 1998, when I started going there.
