I'm getting a hair cut

I really gave it some thought, and because I really do need a change, I'm going to get a hair cut. It's been long and straight for about 8 years now. I sometimes put it up, I sometimes do a Snookie Pouff, but I'm tired of it. I want a "do".

I've decided to go with the Joan Jett look. I have a friend who does hair for a living and she's my age and can actually cut it like Joan Jett and I won't end up with Pat Benetar by mistake. I'm also going to color it a little darker too. And I'm inspired enough to do eyeliner. Yay!

Joan Jett sounds like it would look really good with your features. I've still not managed to see your pictures but from how you describe yourself, you have good cheekbones.

I cut my own hair, but I'm a guy, maybe its easier. I use clippers to start and scissors to finish up. The first couple times it wasn't great, but I'm getting better.
