Well, it could be schizophrenia, or another condition, or a combination of conditions, but I'm no psychiatrist, and this person sounds like they need to see one and get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I would call that person "a basket case" who needs to be in an institution.

If you (or whomever you're talking about) really are both paranoid, and are actually delusional (hear things, or see things) then your probably a paranoid schzophrenic. Which means you're psychotic.

The rest is hard to sort out. Some of it maybe secondary to being psychotic. Being psycho might cause folks to "hate you" which would in turn might cause you to be "depressed". But maybe you're also a bit bi-polar. You talk about being "emotional unstable" and "hyperactive". If you swing from inert (ie depressed) to being hyper-that sounds very bipolar.

Anyway... get some help.

This isn't about me, it's about people I've known.

BTW, I left the delusional part out because I didn't knew it was literally "hearing and seeing things".

Something tells me this fits in the Borderline category.

I call that person "a fictional character."
I would be surprised if you know someone exactly like that in real life.

They exist.

But the traits are not that obvious to see, but they are there.

Also I thought 'Borderline personality disorder' when I read that.
