i've this image of a cow being torn up to pieces

i also have health issues

what should i do?

i don't have the mood for the food preparation again, maybe tomorrow i will cook. i'm also at my parents place. i don't like the patties of tivol this moment and don't want them. i don't have that many options in mind at the moment.

a problem is that i already ate junk today. i will also want more than just the burger.

not talking about my social phobia going out and ordering.

help needed
i afraid to die because of my health issues

i ate too many bananas and apples
but today i cooked cauliflower and a split pea soup

you are right
vegetables are a good friend

i cut lot's of carrots today,
