I'll start this off because, well, I'll try almost anything once but I think I've made a new record. My buddy and some of our friends just got back from bar-hopping and he showed me this bag and told me to try one of what he had in it - he said he got it from a Vietnamese girl we know and I kept trying to ask him what it was. Apparently he's been eating em all night and loving em and no one else would dare to try it aside from me. What are they? Lol, silkworms - cooked silkworms. I tried one, can't say it tasted specifically great or horrible just that it had a strong aftertaste that lingered a bit longer than I would have liked so right now I'm taking a can of coke to fade it out a bit.

I worked hard making these croissants from from scratch. They taste great!! ! I notice
these small red flakes in them. I then got scared. Upon inspection of the flour I saw
little metalic red beattles. I was shocked for a second and told myself this bugs dna is
now my dna an kept eating. Later I know all grain has insect eggs in it and they will
hatch in time unless the grain is kept cooled, heated heavily exposed to chemcials or radiation.

Recently, my place of work had a Xmas party which featured foods from all over the world. My co-workers (and me) are a diverse bunch, in many ways, and they bought all kinds of food.

On the suggestion of one of my workmates, I tried a "Hokkaido roll", which is a spicy piece of sushi. That was as close to Fear Factor as I'll ever get!

Probably kippered herring (which tastes great) and (this was by accident) Cap'n Crunch with Wilcox eggnog (which is some pretty rich stuff I'd have to say lol). I tried eating the whole thing, but I couldn't because it was far too rich for me. It was an accident because I confused the milk with the eggnog (which were both in cardboard containers, and we usually get the plastic container of milk but didn't that time). I'd have to think a little more on this one though; I've eaten some crazy things in my lifetime lol.

Not sure what's in that but I've had various eel & avocado roles. The first time I ever tried eel over rice I was a bit nervous because even uncooked it looked like a pretty dark meat and I was a little nervous about how much of a punch it might have flavorwise. I get it almost anytime I have sushi now though.

I saw my dog eat eat grass, and I wanted to know what it tasted like. I ate some too. It doesn't taste bad, it's just hard to swallow.

ive tried this philipino "delicacy" called bu_____ (can't remember the word)

but it's an egg that still has a pretty-well developed chick in it... but it's all soft and goopy.... you just crack it open and slurp it down....

was disgusting and i'll never try it ever again.
